Las Vegas Commission Ring Psychology:
Dave brings the power to the ring: If there's a larger opponent than Mr. Luck, Luck will instantly tag in his partner, or escape to ringside if Daves incapacitated. When an opponent roughly the size of Mr. Luck enters the ring, Mr. Luck will fight them with speed.
As the match draws on, they will tag more frequently, with Dave grounding the opponent to a halt, and allowing Mr. Luck to use his quick speed to keep them down on the mat. As the opponents tire, they will use their tag team moves in order to wear out the opponent quicker. When it looks like the battle is there to be won, Dave and Mr. Luck will tag in and tag out at quick intervals, dismantling the opponent until they decide to hit their finisher: The Ace. Mr. Luck will almost always go for the pin, while Dave will stop the opponents partner/s from going for the pin.
How to use them:
Mr. Luck, being arrogant, will constantly get in the opponents face. He'll taunt them mostly from the opponent, attempting to get a reaction from them. If he can, he'll distract the referee so Dave can cheat against the opponent. When called on, Mr. Luck uses mostly high-flying, high-impact moves. Whenever a quiet spot in the match comes around, Luck will tag in Dave.
Dave is the power of the group, and dismantles the opponent with high-impact throws, bombs and suplexes. Dave will constantly tag in Luck when the opponent is grounded, and only when the opponent is grounded so Luck can keep them down. Whenever the opponents partner tries to enter the ring, Dave will be the first from his corner to attack them. When the match is drawing to a close, Dave will usually leave his corner to attack the opponents partner, regardless of consequences.
Team Attire:
- Dave wears suit trousers and his usual black vest with the LVC logo emblazoned on it.
- Mr. Lucks tights have the LVC logo emblazoned on the left leg, with "Commission" written on the rear and gold-foil dollar signs on the right leg.
- Zacks blazer has the LVC logo emblazoned on the back.
Tag Team Theme Music: "Money" - I Fight Dragons
Tag-Team Entrance: The opening of "Money" begins to play, through the harsh techno opening as well as the first verse. As they play, the lights remain on, and the curtain at the top of the stage is thrown aside as Dave walks onto the stage, wearing a black suit and sunglasses, hands clasped over his lap. Beside him walks Zack, walking a white suit with a pink dress shirt and white tie, carrying a clipboard under his right arm. At 0:55, when the guitar and drums play at the chorus, Mr. Luck, wearing a sapphire-blue blazer, white dress shirt and black tie over his tights, walks onto the stage to a chorus of boos and the occasional cheer. He raises his arms, giving a sarcastic, uncaring wave to the fans as all three men head down the ramp. Midway down the ramp, Luck pulls out a handful of dollar bills from his blazer pocket, going to hand a fan them but quickly pulls his hand back, flipping the bird at the fan and waving him aside. A chorus of venomous boos pierces the air as they reach the bottom of the ramp. Luck walks over to the fans barricade, holding out the wad of money, but as a young fan goes to grab it, he quickly pulls it back, shaking his head. Dave follows closely behind Luck as both men walk around the entire length of the ring, ignoring the fans.
Zack eventually jumps onto the apron, sitting on the middle rope and hoisting it open for the LVC. Dave and Luck walk up the steps and across the apron in single-file, climbing into the ring calmly as they ignore the parade of boos and jeers. Zack walks across the apron, standing in their corner on the apron as Dave takes off his sunglasses and pulls back his arm, as if he's going to throw them to the fans, but simply drops them to the floor and kicks them to his corner, taking off his suit. Luck himself climbs onto the turnbuckle in his corner, clapping his hands and egging the fans on to boo him before he hops down, taking off his blazer and shirt as Dave joins him in the corner, all three men discussing tactics as they wait for their opponents.

Bio To anyone who knows these three men, the formation of the Las Vegas Commission will hold absolutely no surprise. The roots of these three men are deeply embedded in a history of friendship, trust and teamwork: Dave and Zack initially met up at an undisclosed High School in Michigan, Zacks birthplace, and quickly became friends during their long tenure there. Whenever Zack had a problem, Dave would usually sort it out using his fists. It wasn't until both men graduated from High School and attended UCLA that Mr. Luck entered the formation. Mr. Luck was seen as the leader of the three, and during their tenure managed to cause a blend of chaos and heartbreak between them. Whenever Lucks silver tongue landed him in trouble with his peers, Dave was always their to get him out, while Zack used his knowledge and quick memory to enable the two to avoid trouble as much as they could. After completing their studies, the three men eventually went their seperate ways, until three years later, when Mr. Luck, retiring from his long spell in UWL as a virtually-unknown wrestler, became known as a socialite and used his fathers earned fortune to skate along in life. When Luck bought his mansion on the outskirts of Las Vegas, he hired Dave as his head of security. During Lucks long tenure as a renowned socialite, Dave never left his side. They travelled together, ate together and lived together. Both men became inseperable brothers, even when Luck lost his fortune in a bitter divorce battle. Dave stuck by Luck as both employee and friend, and both men eventually travelled to Michigan, scraping their meager possessions they kept hidden from Sarah and the repo men and travelling to meet Zack, whom Dave had kept in contact with during his tenure as Head of Security, as well as remaining a firm friend of Luck. The rest is history: Months of living in Michigan saw the three join Extreme United Wrestling, and more recently reclaim the mansion from saving and earning money. While Luck continues to rise, he carries his two friends with him. Dave as a loyal bodyguard with Zack as the manager. But now, the relationship has evolved with the formation of the Las Vegas Commission (Acronymized as the "LVC") and now Dave and Zack are forcefully entering the fray in helping Lucks rise to fame. Dave brings a new force into the ring: A powerful, titanic strength that compliments the speed and agility of Luck himself, while Zack brings a more united role, helping the two as the manager of the Commission. With this force, it brings about the dangerous realization that Lucks confidence is growing with every match, despite his high-profile losses. The reason for the formation of the LVC is currently shrouded in mystery, but one can only assume that the formation of the group will bring about a new change within EUW. If Luck can buy the loyalty of fellow superstars, then the LVC will surely become unstoppable. However, the LVC proved its power and worth mere weeks after its creation, defeating the team of Jace Ambrose and Fallen One to secure the Tag Team Championships at Blood Red Horizons and thus becoming the premiere team of The New Empire. Rumours spread that the LVC may splinter from the faction, but these are currently unfounded as the LVC seem comfortable to remain in the presence of Chad Kennedy and Mark Rivera, and seem content at holding the Titles rather than fighting for supreme power. With the LVC current Tag Team Champions, the road to the top of the mountain has been laid with gold paving. However, a revitalized Tag Team Division offers no shortage of contenders for the Commission. A chapter in the book of EUW has only just begun.. |
